I am honored to share that I have received the Higashikuni-no-miya Memorial Award.
This month, I have been fortunate to be recognized both internationally and in Japan, following the “Most Experienced” award from an international coaching platform.

What means the most to me, however, is not the award itself.
It is the recognition of a field I have devoted myself to for many years—working with what cannot be seen, what cannot easily be put into words.
The approach I call “Body Speech.”
Body Speech is a practice of aligning the body, one’s inner state (being), and words—so that expression becomes authentic, not constructed.
Many people focus on what to say or how to say it.
But I have learned, through my own experience, that unless what comes before words is aligned, words alone cannot truly reach others.
There was a time when speaking felt like fear itself.
My breath would stop, my voice would shake, and the words coming out of my mouth would not match what I truly felt inside.
Again and again, I tried to fix it with better words.
But no matter how much I refined them, something essential was missing.
The turning point came when I realized:
The issue was not with words.
It was that my body, my inner state, and my words were not aligned.
From there, my focus shifted.
First, align the body.
Then, align the inner state.
And only then, allow words to emerge.
Through years of experience—from performing on stage, to running a business, to speaking internationally—I continued to return to this practice.
This award is not a destination, but a reflection of that ongoing journey.
At the award ceremony, I stood among innovators, Yoga master, global leaders, and creators who continue to challenge themselves on the world stage.
In that space, I was reminded of something important:
It is not only about where you are,
but who you spend your time with,
and what kind of words and values you allow into your life.
To all my clients, partners, and my family—thank you for walking this path with me.
And to you, who are reading this now—
If you have ever felt that you cannot express yourself the way you truly want to,
please know this:
It is not a lack of ability.
There is simply something that comes before words.
I will continue to dedicate my work to helping people reconnect with that place—
and to express themselves from a deeper, more authentic space.
Thank you, always.
