Mayumi Ogata, a veteran performer with over 40 years of experience on stage since the age of three, has graced 83 stages across 19 cities in 5 countries (as of March 2025) in the fields of Japanese traditional dance, creative dance, and acting.

As an international speech coach/public speaking performance coach, she provides practical performance guidance to a wide range of clients, including CEOs, influencers, celebrities, and bodybuilders. Her unique approach, incorporating "High-Performance Thinking" and "Character Building Methods" derived from her acting experience, assists not only professional speakers but also anyone who desires to deliver their best performance in front of an audience. Starting in 2025, she will also be teaching a class on expressive skills for university students.

The Philosophy of "Emotional Expression" Cultivated on Stage – Making the Most of All Life Experiences

"No experience in life is wasted; everything is nourishment for life." This teaching, inherited from her acting mentor, has become Ogata's philosophy of life and the theme of her lifework, public speaking.

Through emotional expression on stage, she learned the importance of deepening self-understanding, empathy, and self-esteem, and unleashing creativity. This experience is utilized to support clients in transforming their emotions into power, improving expressiveness, persuasiveness, and confidence, connecting with the audience, and letting their individuality shine.

"Life is a Stage, and You are the Star"

Any adversity can be overcome. Everyone has an inner "Goshimboku (sacred tree)." Negative experiences and emotions take deep root, expanding your foundation and vessel of the heart. Positive experiences then become gifts that bring tangible results and a rich harvest. – She delivers this powerful message, based on her own experiences, to high school students, university students, female entrepreneurs, and business executives. "Goshimboku Theory" to Transform Trauma into Strength – A Life Script Rewriting Method Born from 20 Years of Self-Dialogue

Triggered by childhood trauma, She practiced dialog journaling (self-dialogue notes) and walking for 20 years. In a memo-taking course, she embodied the importance of accepting both positive (yang) and negative (yin) experiences, leading to the creation of the "Goshimboku Theory," a method for nurturing the inner sacred tree.

The Three-Step Process

1. Letting Go by Writing: Release emotions and create a safe space for your heart.
* What to write: Emotions (anger, sadness, anxiety, etc.), trauma, self-criticism, unforgivable things, gratitude.
2. Walking to Acceptance: Take action to organize your thoughts and gain new perspectives.
* Why walk?: Serotonin secretion, thought organization, change of pace, awareness of bodily sensations, connection with nature.
3. Seeing from Multiple Perspectives: Objectively grasp experiences and find meaning.
* How?: Change questions, change perspectives, reframe, metacognition, seek advice.

This process serves as a guide to rewrite your life script and create your ideal future.

MESSAGE
