90% of communication is governed by physical movements that happen before words are even spoken. I have defined this realm—which everyone senses but few can verbalize—as “Body Speech,” a new universal language.
We communicate not through what we say, but through the part of us that remains unspoken: facial expressions, breath, posture, and silence. The body is already emitting far more information than our words.
In most cases, people receive these “unconscious signals” without being able to put them into words, continuing their dialogue in a state of ambiguity. This “dissonance between words and body” is the true identity of misunderstandings, conflicts, and internal misalignment in both business and personal relationships.
■ Why I Dedicated My Life to This Field
Originally, I was an actor. While living in that glamorous world, I was constantly confronted by an “invisible wall” that words could not breach.
Looking back, I was pouring my energy into being a “nice person” and “getting along with others” rather than focusing on my craft. I would say “Yes” with my mouth while my heart screamed “No.” The more I suppressed myself to adapt, the more my internal will and physical body drifted apart. I suffered from the contradiction that the more I tried to “fit in,” the further I drifted from true results and success.
Through this, I realized a stark reality: “How you are (Presence)” matters far more than “What you say.”
There are times when no matter how carefully you choose your words, they don’t resonate. Conversely, there’re moments when everything’s conveyed without a single word. This experience led me to one fundamental question:
Where, exactly, does true communication happen?
■ What is “Body Speech”?
The Mehrabian Model is often cited to explain why non-verbal communication is important. However, the essence isn’t about the specific percentage.
The key is whether the three elements—Body, Words, and Intent (Heart)—are in alignment.
Body Speech is the methodology of aligning these three elements at a high level to create a state of “Presence” that wins unwavering trust. No matter how much you polish your speech, if it’s not aligned with your body and intent, others will subconsciously feel a sense of dissonance. This misalignment is often the reason why talented individuals feel they’re “not being heard” or “cannot get their ideas through.”
Research in psychology and communication science proves that when words and non-verbal cues conflict, humans subconsciously prioritize and believe the “physical information.” The brain judges that truth resides in the “movements of the body,” where true intentions leak out, rather than in “words,” which are easily manipulated.
Conversely, when all three are in harmony, your “Presence” itself moves the hearts of others, and the power to contribute to society as your authentic self is born—even without fluent speech.
■ Experience Only Becomes Valuable When Systematized
Body Speech is not just a theory. It was born from my own experience as an actor and refined through years of observation and verification in countless coaching sessions.
Recently, I was honored to be selected for the “Most Experienced Coach 2026“ award by the international coaching platform Life Coach Code. I view this recognition not merely as an acknowledgment of my years in the field, but as a validation of my effort to organize the often-intuitive realm of non-verbal communication into a “universal language” that anyone can master.

■ The Invisible “Non-Verbal Loss” Eroding Organizations
This dissonance between words and body is not just an individual issue. In business, a leader’s misalignment creates an unconscious “loss of trust” throughout the organization.
For example:
- Saying “I trust you” while the body remains tense.
- Saying “Everything is fine” while the eyes are wavering.
These subtle inconsistencies accumulate within an organization without being verbalized, leading to communication breakdowns and decreased performance. Body Speech is a strategic method to visualize this “invisible loss” and realign the organization’s state.
Receiving the “Most Experienced” award from LCC was a definitive moment. It validated the hypothesis I’ve tested globally—from my keynote at International Women’s Day in France and my speech at the World Economic Forum in India to teaching at universities and educational sites in Vietnam: Non-verbal intelligence is a universal language.
I’m committed to organizing this intuitive realm into a language that serves everyone. That is the essence of Body Speech.
■ The Vision of Body Speech
The vision I aim for through this technology is a state where “being true to oneself” and “contributing to society through one’s authentic presence” connect to form a perfect circle.
Instead of suppressing your true self to adapt, you engage with society in total alignment with who you are. In that moment, your Presence changes, and your impact and results naturally transform.
■ Final Thought
If you currently feel:
- A sense of dissonance in the words you speak
- Anxiety about expressing your true self
- A lack of confidence in your own Presence
I invite you to look at your “body.” The answer is already there. Giving that answer a “form that can be read” is what Body Speech does.
Body Speech is not just a tool for skill-up. It’s a “Management Foundation” designed to realign a leader’s Presence and rebuild the very bedrock of an organization.
