At the International Summit held at Warana University, invited guest speaker Mayumi Ogata from Japan took the stage to discuss the true essence of leadership.
In her keynote address, Ms. Ogata stated, “The leadership required in modern society is not about moving people through orders or authority, but the power to guide them through understanding and empathy.” Her message left a strong impression on the audience.
Drawing from daily life and real-world experiences, she emphasized that the conditions for a trusted leader are:

During the summit, she also highlighted the importance of education and human resource development, specifically stressing the need for the next generation to have “the ability to think and act independently.” This message resonated deeply with the participants.
